Based on its research work of many year's studying. our company has succeeded in manufacturing the Sun Rope, a strong rope, which maintains perfect plane contacts between individual wires in each strand and satisfactorily withstands its abrasion,breakage,corrosion and deformation,the advantages characteristic to the wire rope of 6*7 type being taken in.

Although the Sun Rope is about 12% heavier than the wire rope of 6*7 type, its breaking load is approximately 20% stronger than that of the latter. Accourdingly, when using this rope for a certain breaking load, a product having a smaller diameter and a lighter mass as compared whith those of the wire rope may advantageously be applied. Moreover, the capacity of transportation of the rope may be increased by about 20%.
